Hugh N. Hazenfield, M.D., F.A.C.S.

 

We are here to assist you!

 

 

Michelleen is the Office Manager.

She overseas the daily activities in the office.  She assists you in making your appointments, helps you  schedule any tests, and schedules your surgery (if needed). 

Michelleen is married and has a very nice son.

 

 

Paul is Business Manager.

Paul bills your insurance company, answers your questions regarding your co-payments, and helps you with the often confusing world of medical insurance and managed care plans. 

Paul also performs hearing tests and sometimes assists Doc in minor office surgeries.

Paul has two great kids.

 

 

Hannah is Senior Office Receptionist. 

Hannah works mostly at the Wahiawa office.  She assists you in making your appointments, helps you complete your registration forms and schedule any tests that might be needed, and she will be the person to bring you into the Examination Room.  

Hannah also performs hearing tests. 

Hannah is fluent in Samoan and is married to a great guy.

Shantell is an Office Receptionist.

She will help you schedule your appointment, greet you when you come to the office, assist you in completing the necessary forms, and may bring you into the Examination Room.  She also assists Doc in minor office surgeries.

Shantell is married.

 

 

All of us -- Michelleen, Paul, Hannah, Shantell, and "Doc" -- are eager to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible.   We will help you with whatever must be done to assure you the best possible medical care with the minimum frustration with insurance and managed care rules and regulations.  You are always welcome to call upon any of us to help you with your medical questions, office policies, and insurance concerns.
